I am on a 30 day challenge with mo mother and her friend. We are having a contest of who can lose the most weight, since there is no set weight amount you can lose. It starts today, June 4. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. Today wasn't the ideal day because I didn't have any meals prepared. So I ate out, but I made healthy choices.
I will update everyday, put my meals in the Yummy/yuck section (food log) , and weigh in (Oh Soo Many lbs) every monday. This should be interesting.
